SYSADVANCE successfully installed a nitrogen on-site generation system, for the metal sheet cutting process, in Portugal.

SYSADVANCE has developed a complete and effective system for production and supply of pressurized Nitrogen applied to laser cutting. The laser melts the metal at the cut-off point and the gas “blows” the melted material, leaving a smooth, clean and shiny surface.

SYSADVANCE system will produce a gas flow of 46.98 m3/h @ 99.99%, with a booster to fill two sets of 16 bottles at 300 bar.
