Yesterday, Dourogás injected for the first time, biomethane in the Portuguese natural gas grid, allowing it to reach homes and industries.

A successful partnership, where SYSADVANCE developed the technology for the biogas purification in biomethane.

The event was attended by the Portuguese Minister of Environment and Climate Action, Duarte Cordeiro and the Secretary of State for the Environment and Energy, João Galamba.

SYSADVANCE is a proud partner of Dourogás for biomethane production since 2016, with the first renewable natural gas plant for mobility in Portugal, and looks forward to continuing to collaborate on upcoming projects!

It was an important step for the Portuguese energy independence and for the circular economy.
