SYSADVANCE will be participating on Waste2Business, 6th of May. The webinar focusses on the discussion of the integrated management of landfills and the fulfillment of detour targets by the Municipal Waste Management Systems.
SYSADVANCE’s Technology Manager – Engineer Patrick Bárcia (PhD), is presenting two projects currently on the field, in France and Spain (the latter in the final stage of installation). The combined capacity of the two units will allow to treat annually more than 8.5 million m3 of landfill gas, producing 32 GWh of biomethane for vehicular use and injection into the natural gas grid. The renewable gas produced will be equivalent to the consumption of 6350 households or a fleet of 90 waste collection trucks, thus avoiding the annual emission of 7800 tons of CO2.
